Up in the air…
I went for a long walk hoping for something last night and just as I was about to give up a squall blew through and I got a couple that made my afternoon. I don’t do enough long-exposures even though I love them immensely. Then this morning I checked out the little shorey and the tide was too low. It’s a fine line out there on this bank between pumping or ripped up shit! So I waited around, had a cafe and suddenly a good cast arrived to rip the shit out of it. While there was a lot of attempts with only a few landed, I can really see why Dane Reynolds is the best surfer in the world. His effortless display was a pleasure to watch. Craig Anderson was as casual as ever but it was the local boys, knowing the bank well, that got the best ones. As I write this its pumping with a few crew still ripping it to pieces. But the best thing about today is that at last the sun is out and shinning with intent hopefully for the afternoon.
Rain rain, go away..
It was pissing it down yesterday morning.

No good at the Alley.
While I waited for the tide.
